trying to find a good weight loss program

I think I want to lose weight.  I think I found the right program to because the one I am looking at doesn't look like it takes much effort if any to do.  It helps with all kinds of things not just losing weight.  Helps with detoxing your system, mood, allover heath, and extra info on things about what we eat on a daily basis.
I know I have depression issues and it says it helps with that also.  My mood definetly sucks.  So as soon as I have the money I am going to get it cause they give you 60 days to try it or your money back and it's only $40.00 and I could save that up just by not eating junky mcdonalds like I do.  I love mcdonalds but I know it's not good for me so I could give it up.
I am gonna try it though and here's a link if you wanna try it too.  I will update this when I get it and let ya'll know if it works or you can let me know if you get there first.  lol.

relapse for me

Well sitting there having a great time with my hubby playing guitar hero and watching storm stories in between rounds.  Just in time to hear that a woman and child of six months were in a tornado both thrown through the air and mother couldn't find the baby.  That got me upset.  Then not wanting to continued to watch as she went into complete detail of how the baby looked when she did find her which sent me into tears remembering the day we lost alison.  I couldn't watch anymore.  I couldn't find out whether they saved her or not.  If they did save her I would've been upset and happy all at once knowing that that woman hadn't lost her baby but that something so likely to not survive would and someone who was just sick they couldn't do anything for.  I relapsed for about a week this time but now I still can't get that day out of my mind.  I have pushed it out for a long time now knowing that she is safe and loved now with Christ and my friend lisa who we lost to cancer as her new mother and father til I get there but the fact that i'm not there yet still bugs me a little but more then that is just remembering that day so vividly that it scares me like I can't get past it.  Now missed a period too which i'm not happy about but my life belongs to God completly so whatever happens happens but I don't want that to happen now.

Coping with the loss of a child in the immediate family (Hope in christ)

On July 6, 2009 my husband and I had our fifth child. She was 8lbs 1 ounce, and seemed to be a very beautiful healthy child. We had, had 3 boys and 1 girl before her so having a second girl seemed to be a blessing.

On July 14, 2009 we woke up and she wasn't breathing. My husband called 911 and the ambulance was there in minutes, trying to revive her unsuccessfully they took her to the hospital. We rushed to get there to find that about two minutes before we arrived they had pronounced her dead. We found out five months later that she had pnemonia and that was the cause of her death. She was eight days old and we wondered how long she had, had it and we didn't have a clue. We where released from the hospital the day she was born she was pronounced healthy.

The months that followed were devastating to the family mentally, physically, and spirtually. The children never experiencing death finally had and with someone they loved very much, had held for the first time, and looked forward to for the nine months prior. I nearly went insane from disbelief, anger, and depression beyond anything I had ever experienced in my life. My husband looked from a different perspective, a better one, that she was safe in the arms of christ who I was quickly feeling overwhelming anger toward. We stopped going to church because I couldn't stomache my sadness and anger toward my personal loss and my daughter cried with me often. For women it seems much harder to accept these things because we are very emotionally attached right from the gate.

My husband and children about three months later where asking if we were going to have another child. Still not knowing what had happened to her I couldn't possibly imagine it. Even got angry with the family for asking such a thing.

About 8 or 9 months later after we found out what had happened I finally realized that if I didn't find hope and come to terms with what had happened my daughter would be lost forever and my life would be gone as well. We started going back to church we listen to joy fm 889 our hometown christan radio station.

Now we have all come to terms with it the only thing left is waiting for our turn to join her so in turn we are now trying to find new ways to cope with that loss by keeping busy, writing blogs seems to be a way to express the way that we feel and let others that feel like this know that they are not alone. Also that there is hope in Jesus Christ to meet our loved ones again and is the salvation of mankind.  Thank you for reading.
